RUN AND FIND What you need: Pieces of paper, pencils and lots of energy for running Each player gets one or more pieces of paper and writes the name of an object on each piece of paper. Children who move around a lot, tend to keep warm don’t need as much on their heads as children who sit still when they play. Watch how your child plays and feel the back of her neck to determine if it’s warm or cold – that will give you an idea of their body temperature.
